Extremely niche Muni update: it might be that the increased roll-out of next stop announcements (“The next stop will be…”) are also on non-rapid routes and are employed when the next stop is a significant distance away.

I’m on an inbound 8 and the stop before it got on the highway, it announced the next stop was at 5th & Bryant. Before, I’d only heard the next stop announcements on rapid lines, so I assumed it was just deployed on rapid lines.

There's a lot of asymptomatic transmission, and there's little you can do to control that. But a lot of my anxiety and calculus is me worried that the non-Covid-cautious people I'm choosing to unmask around are feeling sick, even if it's "just the sniffles" or whatever.

If I know you'll communicate with me when you're feeling sick or when others close to you are, it saves me a lot of worrying. It makes me trust you and feel more comfty around you. (2/2)

Recently, I've been reconnecting more with my family after I got a Pluslife. Using the Pluslife with them makes me feel safe around them for the first time in years.

My sister's been asking me what she can do to make sure I feel comfortable around her, which is great!

For folks who don't identify as Covid-cautious, but are close to those who are, I believe the most important thing you can do is to let us know if you feel sick or off in any way.

My grandpa died yesterday. Even though I’ve done a lot of academic work and reading about death, I still feel like I need to feel things in a specific order. So I end up listless, waiting for my body to catch up with how I think I should be feeling.
