I'm looking for work appropriate tops, "office shirt" type thing but would rather support smaller brands and not deal with the dysphoria/dysmorphia I get when shopping with high street brands very gendered and mono body type sites.

I bought a few of shirts ages ago from Gender Free World after seeing a write up not long after they launched, but they seemed to go out of business , however now the website is back up it seems.
I wasn't thrilled with the fabric at times (some was super rough and itchy) or how inconsistent some of the fit and sizing was even when theoretically the same size and product. So would prefer to not go with them again unless they've turned things around.

(I'm also still looking for underwear brands and clothing in general if anyone has suggestions)

Just did my targets/goals with my manager and have to "present internally at least four items a year made using AI".

When I asked "but why? What if I don't want to" I was given a resigned "IDK it's just what they want us to do. You can use it as a springboard for ideas, give you some prompts for what to do."

So, you want me to prompt an LLM, to prompt me ...

Nor can you actually explain /why/ I *must* use it, what I should use it for specifically, and you pin my performance will be against it. How do you even fucking prove I used AI?
Do *I* have to have used the AI to make it? Can I recycle one of the companies pre-existing AI images or someone else's slop?

Never have all the "if AI is so good, why are companies having to mandate it's use" posts felt so true.

DIY or just smarter than I fedi, I need help on two things. (UK based if makes a difference)

1) Need to replace the old night latch, its a cheap feeling case thing, I swapped the lock easily but hate the case. Unfortunately living in a block of flats I can't drill any more holes in my door.
Am I correct in thinking the mounting plates for night latches are more or less standardised? If I buy a new latch I can use the old door mount/replace it without needing new holes

2) my flat has what I'm told are "lamp sockets". To me they look like BS 546 from a theatre but smaller (so sub 15A). As far as I am aware these are really old standards, but my building is about 2006, my question is: are these OK to use? Can my IKEA G plug lamps and such use this if I can find some adapter or some easy way to tell? Or am I stuck with annoying two switch light switches that only have one usable switch and useless sockets?

Last summer my shitty cheap suitcase gave up entirely after maybe a year and a half of irregular use. I don't even fly so it wasn't getting baggage handler rough treatment.
I started shopping for a new one determined I would get a really good one that will last.
One criteria: I take the train a lot and carry two laptops at any one time, it must be solid shell, and strong enough to sit on (because trains).
After research, I was watching a video on YouTube about flight cases, particularly peli cases, as suitcases.

For the cost of a "high end" suitcase I got a Peli Air with TSA locks in the latches. I know a lot of people who use them for work, hell the "go bags" at work where Peli Cases, so I knew the quality, I just never thought of this use for them.

I honestly haven't regretted anything about this (except the cost of coloured handles which ode like)

They don't even have to be explicitly NB friendly, just not a dick and able to work with people with different desires and goals.

The last gym staff I had dealings with: one didn't understand I wasn't interested in becoming some Action Man looking Manly-Man-man and just wanted to keep fit.
Another told me gyms are mostly a waste as he would go and do pull-ups from a tree in a park and use it's equipment and had a home gym (the nearest park was 40mins away from me and I had a small studio).
A third told me unless I was coming in at least 4 times a week I was wasting time as I had to hit my goal in 3 months or less and then up it further as maintenance is dumb.

I say that as VR doesn't work for me, and "just joining a gym" is ... Terrifying.

My prior experience with gyms has been... Negative and was over a decade ago.
Classes and such terrify the fuck out of me, especially as a n00b

I found some who look great but would take an hour+ to get to/from.

A lot of gym chains say they are friendly but until you interact etc you never really know.

Mastodon model railway fans, I have a good friend who wants to set up their model current model railway but also want to work out some expansion to it, however they are having some difficulty coming up with a layout etc.

Can anyone recommend/suggest some layout tools/software?

They tried to hand draw in paint and similar but just didn't work out for them.

I have a very old Hornby CD ROM with a software thing on that had some function but it's from XP era so, maybe something newer?
