Das Gesetz sieht eine deutliche Anhebung der Strafmaße vor. Veranstalter:innen nicht angemeldeter Raves sollen künftig mit bis zu zwei Jahren Haft und 30.000 Euro Geldstrafe belegt werden können. Teilnehmenden droht künftig bis zu sechs Monate Haft und 7.500 Euro Geldstrafe.
