Tschunk Mocktail Recipe for 2 Glasses

Supplies:

- Freezer
- Cutting board and knife
- 2x Glasses of approximately 330ml
- 2x Straws (or something long and thin that you can squeeze lemons with)

Ingredients:

- Mate of your choice
- (Cane) Sugar 1 Teaspoon per glass
- 1 Frozen Lime
- 1 Frozen Lemon
- Ice cubes as an extra

Steps:

- Put your Lime and Lemon in the freezer
- Once frozen, take them out and cut into slices
(This way you lose the least amount of juice and it also keeps it cool without diluting it)

- Place slices and/or ice in the glasses
- Pour in mate, but leave a rim of about 2 cm
- Scoop 1 Teaspoon of sugar into each glass and stir.
(It will bubble and foam quite a bit... that is normal)

- Pour in the rest of the mate

Enjoy!
