signal doesn't have key fingerprints for reasons of "users don't know what a fingerprint is"(so make it part of the username. signal has discriminators, it wouldn't be a leap to put a key in there too) and "users can't be trusted to keep their identity key stable anyways"(so you're training users to ignore key changes because they happen all the time anyways?)
but it has signal.me links which have an (encryption) key in it anyways. unsure if that also acts like a meaningful key fingerprint
(also to be clear this generally applies to most other e2ee systems, signal isn't uniquely bad here, it's just something most people know about)
