JK Rowling is a harbinger of hate against trans folks. Her actions have dire consequences for trans folks. If you are giving her any positive attention, you are bringing her money. And she uses those money for funding not only hate propaganda against trans folks, but also influenced legal circumstances around trans folks.
Due to Rowling's work a person has been murdered by the inaction of the health care system, and - effectively - denying her a life saving health care, on the ground of her being trans.

So, once again, you cannot consume Rowling's work, and at the same time call yourself a trans ally. Those two are mutually exclusive. You are giving her money.
If you're a fan of Rowling's work, you are contributing to the demise of trans folks. And you should be ashamed by that.
If you don't agree, feel free to block me. Because we won't be friends anyway.
But have at least some moral courage to admit your values openly. I will gladly block you, knowing that you are not my ally.
And last but not least. If, by any chance, you're a trans person being a fan of Rowling's work, you should reconsider your priorities. I can live with people voting for leopards eating their faces. The problem is, this leopard wants to eat my face too.
And please spare me the bullshit about pirating her work. The popularity of torrents is tracked, and contributes to the amount of merch produced, or to the decision making process for yet another derivative work. Both bringing Rowling more money. And those money will be used against trans folks. She has declared it openly.
