Starting in the fall of 2015, GEO600 took part in the first joint observing run (O1) of the international network of gravitational-wave detectors.

GEO600 took data simultaneously with the other @LIGO Scientific Collaboration detectors until the end of O1 on 12 January 2016. Its sensitivity, however, was not high enough to detect gravitational-wave signals.
