So, I was finally able to get all the magically managed wireguard tunnels running
This means that I can finally start to get the routing done! OSPF on my home router is running.
My daemon is now able to generate a config for frr, so now I just need to do some nixos plumbing.
I will probably at some point need to look into some automation towards OSPF cost calculations, but hardcoded should be enough for now.

So, since apparently your girl has a life now, things are moving slowly. But we're getting there, I'm just waiting for all the hosts to pull their latest closures with the last bugfixes, and afterwards, hopefully the tunnels will finally establish. From there it should be just a small jump to setup FRR (or whatever is in fashion these days, idk) and let OSPF handle the routing over tunnels.

So, I have finished up the changes required to get my tunnels up and running. The deployment is in progress as we speak (it takes some phases for the images to build and then yamls to get updated, I should probably make the CI more selective about what it rebuilds, so it's faster...).
There are some small snags here and there (I really should be responsible and have integration tests), but I'm convinced the idea is sound now.
