I suffer from 'Impasta Syndrome'

#longCovid 2/
I investigated the side effects of Creatine, consulted with my GP and did the low calorie diet advised by a Dietician. Definitely make sure it is OK for you first before you jump in :o) I am not a medical professional and these studies are low cohort.

I took the creatine along with protein in a meal (apparently better) and lots of water (required).

I thought I'd put it out there. Best wishes to my fellow LC sufferers.

I am reporting my own experience of Creatine (maybe) helping to fix my long covid brain fog and fatigue.
I took 6g of pure Creatine per day based on this study https://publications.ersnet.org/content/erj/66/suppl69/pa1710
After 2 weeks I had a large improvement.
It is not definitive, as I am a single data point for one person and your experience may not match mine.
It was combined with 2 weeks of total solitary rest and weight loss on a low calorie no carb diet. So it is one (or a combination) of those things.

Ten years ago today, by Lochinver, I witnessed the best sunset I've ever seen.

Absolutely goddam EXCELLENT!!!!

@ninnsalaun I'm really loving 'Reports From Unknown Places'. Thanks heaps for putting it into the world. It's a little parcel of joy in a day :o)

(Apologies this is not in French. I assumed it was OK because the reports are in English.)

@aceofcosmicspace Here's a direct delivery of a few of my shots from other places as someone in a similar situation. 🙂

Tomorrow's the Clacton by-election. Even though Count Binface is very unlikely to get elected .... I think he has already won.

'Nato Green' on 'Hope'.

"Things are bad and we are surrounded by stupidity and cruelty and suffering ...and yet I remain hopeful. Hope isn't about ignoring the horrors of the world, it's not about not feeling the grief and anger and heartbreak and rage. I think our hope has to be as big as our grief... Hope is a discipline and it has to do with where you put your attention... The basis for hope is always that the future is unwritten..."
