A very effective method of digital selfdefense - especially against right-wing people - is to simply block them asap. You mustn't even finish reading what they wrote if you're certain enough. Just block them. Their aim is to engagement bait in any possi le way so every second of time you waste with arguing or insulting is a win in their book.
