I’ve been a watching a lot of videos of people in Singapore and Malaysia being upset at Indonesia over the haze (for good reason)
But I am trying to imagine what it’s like right now for the people and orang utans of Kalimantan and Sumatra living near the wildfires right now :/

RT: @mehdirhasan ‘Secretary of Cuck’: How Marco Rubio Learned to Love Waging Trump’s War on the World
Rubio was once a supposedly reasonable Republican, even the GOP’s ‘savior.’ Now he’s Donald Trump’s ‘Narco Rubio’ and overseeing a level of violence his staffers are terrified to question internally.

#NoKings this saturdayyyyy! 🤘
Flood the streets!!
@t3rcermillenium Continuing to let the perverse .01% wealth ratio to persist, underwrites further destabilizations in this prolific age of #TechBros #AbuseOfPower.
Even the tech industry's own polling shows that data centres are the absolute rock bottom priority for public infrastructure.
We want healthcare, education, public housing, clean energy, water and sanitation.
“US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent issued a long list of demands for the World Bank…
including ending the bank's prohibition on financing upstream oil and gas projects,
putting resources into deep-sea critical minerals mining and reforming its procurement policies.”

Spotted at European Parliament this morning:
"Wars, poverty, climate crisis:
Burning gas steals our future."
Cool action by @GreenpeaceEU climbers !
Increasingly convincing evidence that our best #RootInfrastructure #scientists, should me relocating to the #GlobalSouth - perhaps piggybacking off the #BeltAndRoad initiative, in #EmergingEconomies, among #DevelopingCountries...
You can't make it up 🙈
As climate change wreaks havoc on wine producers around the world, fossil fuel execs attending Africa Energy Week toast their own success in ruining the planet with bottles labelled 'Drill Baby Drill' 🤮
The irony was not lost on Greenpeace Africa, who brought their own drinks to the party. 🥂
Lol talk about sovereignty washing. "The sovereign workspace" based on... Google.
How strange it is when nations of immigrants become nations that hate immigrants.

We're simply past too many tipping points to recover - at least in the North.
Perhaps the #GlobalSouth, piggybacking off of the #BeltAndRoad initiative, among #EmergingEconomies in #DevelopingCountries.
@anneapplebaum The Saudi #crypto connection is obvious, but the mutual investments in cornering #energy markets, should be a more obvious ploy to hold suspect - especially considering the Saudi's have been at war with the Houthi's for a decade, and Arabs with Persians, for a thousand years.
Just the armaments alone, means heavy #FossilFuels #greed.
RE: " Behavioral Science core education "
.
Every person who uses Mastodon avoids Dr. Bandy X Lee
She has an account right on Bluesky - everyone ignores her education for the general public there too.
She just released a new video on YouTube today that everyone ignores.
Dr. Lee assembled 27 leaders in year 2017 that every person goes out of their way to not quote or discuss.
Can we just talk about how flipping easy it is to upgrade @fedora to the next major version.
For reasons, I have had to keep my server on Fedora 38. This limitation was removed for me. And I could finally upgrade to Fedora 43! I just did it less than a day with:
```
sudo dnf system-upgrade download --releasever=<RELEASE NUMBER>
```
Starting with 39 and then all the way up to 43.
Nothing broke, everything worked.
JUST FUCKING WAUW!

Have a leading, or potential leading root infrastructure scientist, in your family, or close peers?
You may want to point them to The Global South, because the Northern Hemisphere is generally 'spent'.
