I listened to 3 of Andy Shauf's albums and was left with such a profound sense of gratitude for this guy.
The albums are so COHERENT, the storytelling deepens with each listen, and you get this non-judgemental feeling of messy relationship dynamics that are just so beautiful. The characters stay consistent song to song, revealing the whole picture slowly.

No wonder he won the Polaris a few years back.

LET'S MAKE WEDNESDAY WEIRD
It's been around 25 years studying and practising yoga and meditation (within Buddhist traditions). Didn't make me perfect. But it did help. One thing it helped with was MS, which I also had for about that long.
The support I get from Fedizens just makes me so so happy that I gave up entirely on misaligned platforms.
