I guess the only thing that doesn't work to make it a full alternative to running my own server, is that adding a static EventSources() target doesn't work.

This is used for prompting the viewer of the page to refresh when the sources have been updated.

Gotta say that the new Firefox "local mapping" feature is really good for testing static site generators.

With it I can just open one of the built files and the browser allows me to enable the feature for that folder and everything starts to work correctly:
* absolute links ✅️
* css and javascript ✅️
* favicon ✅️

An example of the original man.sr.ht page vs. uploaded capsule can be seen here:

Based on the work of adding NPM package download and build as a step in a Go pipeline, my static site generator for the #SourceHut wiki pages supports custom CSS and JavaScript.

The new stylesheet and script files are ignored by the original man.sr.ht interface, but the static site generated with them will have show the full functionality.

So, now the #GoActivityPub standalone documentation has a custom theme and supports mermaid diagrams.

Well today I've implemented my own NPM module downloader. A very bare bones version of one though so yarn devs can still sleep well tonight.

Experts say I was premature in shaping the bread, and it looks a little underproofed. But for my first try, I count this as a moderate success. :D

Oh no, this weekend it will be up to me to bake bread. I've never done the whole thing unsupervised... I'm a little apprehensive.

Luckily my partner authored a wonderful recipe for our respective mothers so I have a good blue print to work from.
