What magic is this little mushroom channeling, what do you think ;) 🍂 Drawn with alcohol markers

Apple has begun rolling out its "always-listening" tech to Watch users, which summarizes conversations & allows live replaying of the last 15 seconds of audio. It's very gross, and no way for others to opt out.

I wrote back in Sept. why this Apple feature is a very bad idea: https://this.weekinsecurity.com/watch-what-you-say-apple-opens-the-door-to-a-nightmare-world-of-always-listening-tech/

Paintings by Finnish artist Kaj Stenvall are now available for everyone to see in a virtual gallery. Stenvall is well-known for his duck paintings, but they are not in this exhibition. This time, his subjects address Putin, Russia, and the war of aggression in Ukraine through political satire.

Rakentaminen maksoi 9 miljoonaa euroa.

a) toi robotti-imurin ja kissan samaan talloon b) päästi robotin pyörimään itsekseen valvomatta

Samalla lailla ei ykskään "tekoäly" tee mitään ellei joku laita tekemään

Löytyisikö sinulta ylimääräinen Android-puhelin lahjoitettavaksi mielenosoitukset.fi:n käyttöön? 📱

@asta you can't delete it. Same thing happened to my account, which I had for several years. The suspicious activity was presumably me changing the email address on the account. The best thing is that you can't send a support ticket to linkedin unless you're logged in. Which you can't do, because the issue is that you can't log in.

I ended up creating a fake account with a fake name to be able to send a ticket to LinkedIn support. They refused to tell me anything and closed the ticket multiple times. They did not understand or wanted to understand that I will not sens them an image of my passport.

The account has been closed for about 1,5-2 years now. The fake account? I can still log in with it 😄

Sad to say but you probably will need to forget the account. They won't help you. And during my issue I read about people who did send their passport images and still did not get the account open.

I made a LinkedIn account yesterday because I figured it might help me find a job.
Today I can't log in because of "suspicious activity"* that requires me to prove my identity by sharing an ID card with a third party app.

HA.
No.
Fuck you.

Now I'm trying to figure out how to delete a LinkedIn account that I can't log in to.

*Suspicious activity I partook in:
Adding a previous place of employment and connecting with people from said employment, including my partner.
Adding another former place of employment and connecting with people from said employment.
Adding degrees I've graduated with.
Adding details like skills.
Existing and clicking around to see how the place works.

edit: better english
