Stock market doing fine...

There are more modern versions, like even VSCode/VStudio or the Android dev tool. It will put header declarations in the .h file for you, include the right headers, even do an abstract class interface skeleton for you, help you populate class members and methods in all the places.

That's not the same as asking Claude to steal somebody else's code and pretend it's your own.

So I'm not against "coding assistant software" that helps you write the boilerplate. Been using one since about 1985, it was called "ALOE", "A Language Oriented Editor", and it was a fancy LISP program inside EMACS text-only editor, for PASCAL language. Loved it.

@dalias I've gotten similar text content from these numbers :
231-442-1321
424-451-9252
505-887-1658
424-397-0440
986-946-6769
605-956-8440
928-641-3162

Eternal hell to whoever decided it's OK to text Democrat-leaning people 10 times a day on their phone, all from different numbers so you can't block them, and you have to "STOP" 10 SMS spams each day until 11/4.

Maybe it's Musk trying to annoy people, for example @dalias

Members of the Trump Administration, you will be rewarded and even pardoned if appropriate, if you help preserve evidence of the #Epstein cover-up, and testify against those guilty of hiding or destroying evidence.

The next POTUS is going to have no mercy on child rapists, unlike the current POTUS, who is one.

I like that people have finally started to rebel against unrestrained use of networked devices with cameras and mics capable of monitoring you in unwanted ways.

Also, I picked the right time to stop developing networked devices with cameras and mics capable of monitoring you in unwanted ways.

Wow, put this together with Trump's male ass fetish and we have the best explanation for MAGA I've heard so far. The are all closeted gay men. And there is video.

HAL9000 went insane for less.

I'm just gonna sit and wait for someone to claim the invention of a Memory Safe Assembly Language.

I'm trying to figure out if Mudvayne has a song called "-1" or if the SXM streaming site is running on bad PHP.

Software engineer, musician, builder of things, lover of birds and bees, and owner of a red-dye diesel fuel tank, gravity feed...for my mini-excavator...

I love hearing normies try to describe what "red dye diesel" is.

My brain has to observe and disregard some things. Today I heard someone refer to Collins vs Jackson with respect to Georgia Senate. And I'm like "close, but no". I live in Maine, maybe I misheard/bias ?

Make a budget and stick to it.

I've spent decades developing embedded systems, things that are life-safety critical and not. And there is no world where I architect a system that depends on dynamic memory allocation or could run into the Out_Of_memory_killer.

malloc is not your friend.

You have to switch to the Proton Mail tab on Android else the email you sent does not get scheduled until device restart or something.

I decided to be a computer programmer for my profession, but I think I'm among the top 20 million musicians too.

So there's this tension between the creation of something which is one person's vision, and the fact that nobody does anything of meaning and value on their own.

Ooooff.

@rankett

This is what I do for fun.
