This would seem to support my suspicion that the real play with all these datacentres and artificial scarcity of computer hardware is to steal the means of computing from people and instead make them dependent on centralized, cloud based, subscription model serfitude.

Maybe they left or were pushed out because they objected to Nazi tattoos, allegiance to Gamergate with threats of doxxing and SWATting, gendered violence at developer meetings and conferences, convicted child abusers at conferences, transphobia, ableism, and platforming racism because “he can code” or “he wrote a book.”
Did we really expect action against bad things from the so-called leaders who let WILDLY BLOODY OBVIOUS asshole behaviour happen without consequences?

Then I read about the “rogue agent” behaviors in the recent OpenAI meltdown and there’s this terrified scream starting to echo around the back of my brain.

I use Zwobot to do live visualisations in Ableton. It has it's own window (named Zwobot)
I will *always* want this window to open on the display that is not my laptop. But 'cos of the way Apple IDs displays, while it sometimes remembers where the Zwobot window should open, when the make/model of that display changes the Zwobot window jumps back to my laptop.
When playing ilivee, this means I have to move the Zwobot window to the projector *for every song*. I can just about blag it 'cos there is chat in-between songs, but it's hella clunky.
Ideally I'd like utility that automagically pushed the Zwobot window fullscreen onto the external display
A 2nd best option would be a script I can invoke on a hotkey to do the same or move the current window
I know that it's possible to push windows around as Raycast has that and 'I've got that working in a shortcut but it's not 100%

a pentacon penti II half frame camera from the 60s. It's goooold. and it uses long discontinued east german SL film cartridges. and the exposure meter seems to be stuck. but otherwise it's really cute. love the art deco styling.
