First time using Typst (LaTeX alternative) and wow, it is intuitive to use, as promised.

I didn't know about Open Food Facts, but it's a great project!

"Open Food Facts is a food products database made by everyone, for everyone. You can use it to make better food choices, and as it is open data, anyone can re-use it for any purpose."

I encourage everyone to jump on board! Your best friends in this journey are:

- The Wiki, always there to solve your doubts.

- The different community forums.

- When it comes to editors, on desktop I use iD for simple changes, and JSOM for more complex ones. On my phone (Android), I love the power of Vespucci. Also, do not forget to check out StreetComplete, a super fun Android app with a gamified approach to mapping.

Happy mapping!

I've recently reached 1k edits on OpenStreetMap! 🥳 :openstreetmap:

I have been mapping since September 2022, and most of my edits are very simple things that *anyone* can map: adding wheelchair access info, updating business opening hours, adding contact information, etc.

I finally did it, never to be uncovered.

What would happen if the richest 10% reduced their CO2 emissions to the EU average (which BTW is a nice standard of living).

Answer, there would be a 35% decrease in global CO2 emissions.

So, all would be fixed, if we could limit the excesses of the top 10%.

If you're still not convinced, what if I told you that your name will be displayed in Plasma 6 itself? :D

Negate v1.1.1 released! 🥳

https://github.com/dmlls/negate/releases/tag/v1.1.1

This new update implements inversion negation, which means that questions can now also be negated.

Curious how Negate is being used in research? Then read our paper at https://arxiv.org/abs/2307.13989.

It would be glorious if KDE Spectacle could record audio when screencasting.

It's just so close to being perfect!

This is Mastodon and this is why it rocks!

Curious how the logo was made?

You can find the original .svg files at https://github.com/dmlls/negate/tree/v1.0.0/img.

And of course, it was made with the amazing #Inkscape.

These are previous versions. Since they resembled country flags (totally unrelated to the project), I kept iterating until the final version.

To celebrate that Negate (a Python module to negate sentences) is out of beta, I've redesigned its logo in search of a more modern look.

I'd say mission accomplished?

Hi @MapComplete. First off, thanks for the Mangrove integration, works great!

I wanted to ask how the key pair is generated, and if there is any way of getting the public and private keys to write reviews on other platforms under the same user.
