Besides the Euskotren trains that cross the border around Irun/Hendaye, does anyone know if CAF has built trains that run internationally? I couldn't think of any other, but probably I don't know all their trains.
After one hour we continued to the only scheduled intermediate stop: La Bassee. Now we are waiting here, with open doors for whoever wants to go outside.
But I don't want to be here, it would have been better if we would have stopped at the platform in Don-Sainghin with open doors.
My TER Lille - Béthune got stranded in Don-Sainghin because of problems on the tracks. "Please do not open the doors" they say.
There seems to be a problem between here and Béthune, but diverting our train via Lens is probably non-existing in the books of SNCF. We are already waiting for more than 40 minutes, so the original plan for today can be thrown in the garbage bin.

I have a debian machine where I do not get the new PHP 8.2.35 version yet with apt update and upgrade. How much time should this take before the fix is available?
20 minutes delay on the TGV meant a missed transfer in Brussels. I decided to have the 50 minutes waiting time at Antwerp Berchem. In those 50 minutes six freight trains passed by, and a Traxx hauling two brand new Stadler locomotives from SBB (though no good photo of those). What are those locos numbered 4494 001 and 4494 002 doing in Belgium?
I wasn't aware that this train goes via Douai (again!) instead of the high-speed line between Arras and Lille.
parallel trains
Not going to Paris but going around #Kurventoot
TGV Réseau Lyon to Brussels. No transfer in Paris today!
Dear SNCF, what is this? The train arrived on time at 8:23, but it will depart 9:11 instead of 8:41?
Gare d'Aix-les-Bains le Retard (+5 seulement)
My TER journey goes along Beaucaire and Tarascon, two cities separated by the Rhone river.
In Béziers there is a parcours run thuis morning. Through the station, through an old gas turbine, along the river, and probably via more interesting places.
I haven't seen so many people running at a station before on a Sunday morning
The X2844 was staying overnight in Narbonne. I am taking another train in red & yellow
Bentaberri station in San Sebastian looks nearly ready. Planned opening date according to wiki will be November 21, and it looks they may actually be ready on that date.
A few hours earlier than expected: weekend and beautiful weather.
More than expected: waves
👀 Dual-gauge tracks extended further than Irun Bentak. Most likely both tracks now have 1435mm added until Pasaia. It still looks unused, but might be good for future freight trains.
Cc @jon I doubt if it has added value for international passengers, but I count this as positive development. Time to lobby for an extension to San Sebastian station?
Oh, we will go via Roosendaal, but I see a slow journey as well between Brussels and Paris: 59 minutes more than normal.
