Tried to find some information on #D&D Beyond via browser. Saw preview of info*, clicked hyperlink - was immediately taken to a shop link telling me to buy ENTIRE DM's guide (as a pdf!) for $60 in order to get the full answer. 🤨😑
STILL That's on Me for expecting D&D Beyond to be.. useful I guess ? 🤷🏾♀️ What a rookie mistake ! 🫤

The LLMs are creating a new kind of mysticism. At Project Gutenberg, we're starting to get emails they have written trying to contact authors of some of the books we distribute. The authors have been dead for over a hundred years. I'm tempted to answer.
"And don't worry I'll still Love you. Even if you turn out to be Deep."
A Man. (Of which I have no doubt) Wrote that line, for an older man to say to a younger woman who was experianing a crisis of self.
In 2026.
For a 'prestige' TV show.

#Fridge #Hacks across Europe weren't just food storage ..
" Cold storage rooms at three French Blood Establishment (EFS) sites were impacted on Monday, which massively increased the temperature and defrosting thresholds. The EFS says it wasn’t directly targeted, and the anomalies were detected before any of the stored blood was lost, but the ongoing hacks present a worrying future risk for healthcare facilities. Uh-oh.
I think, I think my pre-made pizza dough is evolving into THE STUFF! ... 😟

"What of the rampant classism of someone who earns more than £125,000 qualifying in only three years, while someone below £50,000 normally waits 10? The New Economics Foundation once released research that found that a childcare worker generated up to £9.50 of social value for every pound they were paid; a hospital cleaner created £10; a recycling worker produced £12. A City banker, on the other hand, destroyed £7 of social value for every pound they generated; that was £11 for an advertising executive and £47 for a tax-avoidance accountant. But these exorbitantly paid occupations have a three-year pathway, compared with 10 years for underpaid crucial workers."
Have a nice day
Daft thing that I think Fedi will like: an internet controlled bubble machine in a Florida backyard. It's got a webcam.
Apparently been going since 2001.
You don't actually want LLMs; you want public libraries & librarians.
You only think you want LLMs because you haven't been to the library recently enough or talked to a librarian.
Watching a video about Music and Politics and the essayist states - with confidence - that rock groups tend to run on Democratic foundations, Pop music tends to have overall Directors so they are mostly Autocracies, and Jazz is more akin to Anarchy, BUT from the little I know about Jazz isn't it more along to Co-Operatives ?
I freely admit to not really understanding Anarchy as a Political Stance though. 🫤🤷🏾♀️.
Gut feeling is Anarchy is fairer to everyone than real world Libertarianism ?
What's that old adage about A.I. enabling people to make Colossal Mistakes at Supersonic speed ?
Yeah. That.
