Autumn break was supposed to be relaxing after the stress of a new academy and getting on the wrong side of a wealthy magical family. But getting over what happened isn't easy to do so.
Glad the official Stardew wiki is back up. The Kiwix reader wouldn't let me see inside collapsed sections so things like full schedules for villagers weren't available. Still, it was nice to have most of the wiki at my disposal.
If you ask Harold Galahad, he isn’t fit to lead the crew of the half-destroyed cargo spaceship Herald Petrel back home. But nobody asks Harry.
A character-driven space odyssey with a trauma-ridden captain, a diverse--and quirky--crew, and a #mystery to be solved. A tale about #loss, #love, #humanity, #coping, and #hope in a hopeless situation.

Jadzia and Gwen are doing crowd control while Tenchi, Dean, and Audrey are attempting rescues. What strategy should Tenchi's team use? (Previous strategy is one person focused on the entity and the other two catching victims.)
"Tenchi, Dean, and Audrey, rescue the victims. Gwen and me will work on crowd control!"
"On it, boss," Audrey gave a melodramatic salute and stepped out of TechnoBaby onto the invisible plane she could walk on in Magical Girl mode.
"That girl is trouble," Dean shook his head and laughed. He turned moved the car toward the crowd and lined Jadzia's door up perfectly.
"Thanks, Dean."
"You got it."
Jadzia jumped out of the car and shouted \'Runabout Runaround!'
What strategy should Jadzia and Gwen use for crowd control?
Stay tuned for a second poll.
For anyone muting my Magical Girl Dax threads (rather than using a filter), please be aware that there is a new thread to mute. I apologize about making a new thread. It's necessary because of technical limitations with large threads and some of the clients me and and some readers use.

The adventure continues in a new thread!
My funds are tight. I know how it is. I'll happily share some stories with you for free in the hopes that you'll review them. I promise not to check up on you. :blobcatheart:

"How did you get a car?" Jadzia narrowed her eyes as she looked at Dean.
He gave an impish and defiant smile.
"Credit card fraud and pool hustling. Complaints?"
"No, none. My last host was a bit of a hustler himself," Jadzia laughed.

"Social media mentions of the entity began early the same day we arrived."
"We don't know if the people the entity attacked were from this universe. I don't have detailed scans of any of them," Gwen said.
"If there's a pattern to what the squiggly dude is doing, maybe we can do both at the same time," Dean said. "Them bait. Us bait. If we're all in the same place, doesn't really matter."

"Runabout Runaround!" Jadzia shouted before leaping from the car. For a moment, she worried she would fall but she floated.
The entity reconnected its severed tendrils before they or their prey could fall.
"Shit!" Audrey said. "I guess it learned something since last time. What now, lieutenant?"
- - -
"Shit!" Jadzia said. "The entity still has one more victim inside it!"
"Follow me," Gwen said.
"How fast can we go?" Jadzia asked Dean.
"Fast enough," Dean grinned. He floored the accelerator of TechnoBaby and whipped the car around some traffic.

Unplugged is my latest serial, a portal fantasy set in the same universe as Early Adopter. Older cast of characters, stuck in what feels like an unending walking sim from their POV, but that’s the route they chose. The only other option was to sit in the starter city, which is essentially a virtual prison.
And so they travel the virtual plane, encountering vacant towns, land sharks, and other fuckery as they explore their new reality.

I think back to the last year before I published Book-1 of Kovenlore Chronicles and how time seemed to stand still, and then, suddenly, it was the day it released.
Since then, it seems as though time is moving ever faster, or is that me aging? Both.
I just know that it seems like yesterday when I published the first book and soon I’ll pass the midpoint. Time is strange.
Be everwell.

I've received credible information indicating that Walter Koenig passed away last night.
I'm saddened to say I don't know much about Walter outside of his acting work and his commentary on The Seventh Rule podcast. I admired his work deeply.
Thank you for the incredible memories, Walter.

My previous post (boosted from dev.lgbt) looks pushy, so here's a chiller post.
The art for my "Spirit of the Latch" project has gone through several iterations of small changes. I never got the colors on the sprites quite done (--advice is welcome). But the art is pretty good from someone with little experience drawing full-body characters larger than 64x64-pixels, isn't it?
I feel I did above average on the design, at least. (The smoke was painted in.)
Let's chill and go through my Erotic Comic Collection for nearly 2 HOURS.

#ScribesAndMakers October 25: What's something you accomplished this past week?
I finished writing the John Doe short story I'm working on for Halloween. I also finished the editing and uploaded audio recordings of Transformation by Mary Shelly and The Flayed Hand by Guy De Maupassant.
