Little Snitch 7 is coming soon! Want to take a first look? A beta is already available at https://obdev.at/products/littlesnitch7-beta

We’ve released Little Snitch 6.5 today, adding compatibility with macOS 27 Golden Gate.

IMPORTANT: Upgrade Little Snitch before upgrading to macOS 27! Previous versions are incompatible and would break your internet connection after the macOS upgrade.

Version 6.5 also adds app bundle integrity monitoring, detecting and reporting unexpected modifications to its app components not only at app startup, as before, but now also while the app and its components are running.

Due to a quite unfortunate bug in Little Snitch 6.2.1, automatic software update checks may not work for some users, so they aren’t notified about future fixes and updates anymore.

If you are using 6.2.1, please perform a manual check to get 6.2.2 which fixes this issue.

Please boost to notify others who might also be affected by this bug. Thanks a lot! 💐

Dear fellow app developers! You might consider adding an Internet Access Policy to your app, describing which servers your app connects to and for what purpose.

Your privacy-conscious users will thank you!

Speed Bump!!! Just in case you missed it – we’ve released Little Snitch 5.6 last week, with significantly improved performance, resulting in much faster startup times of both the configuration app and the Network Monitor app.
