This is rather nice. I like it when museums open storehouses to the public. The National Railway Museum in York has something very similar. It’s fun just exploring and finding things out of context.

You don't need to use weird spellings or algospeak for any topics on the Fediverse ("unalived", "seggs" etc). There is no automated moderation or algorithm on here, moderation happens entirely through human beings and posts are shown in chronological order.
In fact it's better that you use the correct spellings for difficult topics so that people with genuine traumas related to them can filter them more easily.
Of course, I shall be worrying with every twinge, and every time I venture to the loo. 😬
I don’t think the catheter appreciated being "reseated and flushed" on Thursday last week.
In fact, it popped out last night. This is something it shouldn’t be able to do. I think the retaining balloon thing had had enough.
So, I’m currently free, in several ways. It’s what I wanted the doctor to do last week. I don’t have extra plumbing any more. Let’s hope it stays that way now.

I must admit to feeling very miserable this past two days. After the hospital poking around I was in a lot of discomfort.
The poking didn’t even fix the problem properly. So I went to bed for the afternoon.
Now, most of the pain is gone. I can cope with this. I will survive the weekend, and start to sort it out again on Monday.
The antibiotic treatment really does knock me out. Dosiness hits almost as soon as I swallow the tablet.
An excuse to head back to bed, then.

I have been fed. The tea was very acceptable. The tuna and mayo sandwich less so.
