I finally (with inspiration from @bekopharm) learned how to customise the quickInput menu in VSCode so it's actually *visible* when it pops up.

Quick #solar & #battery question...

Anyone have experience of REA panels and Enphase microinverters & batteries?

Particularly have a basic quote for some REA Fusion² ACM panels with Enphase IQ8 HC Microinverters, plus Enphase IQ Battery 5P.

They look good on paper, but would appreciate any comments on actual experience in use. 🙂

I'd love a compact 5 or 6 port USB-C block for travel, but the desire/requirement for USB-C to provide USB-C PD means that you either get a large block with many ports, or a small block with 3-4 ports.

It's particularly annoying as a lot of devices which have been forced to USB-C (e.g. earbuds) don't need PD for charging and could happily work on a lower wattage...

While I generally appreciate the move to USB-C for charging, one (more) problem I've found is finding compact multi-port USB-C chargers.

For a long time I've carried a multi-port USB power block when travelling, as it saves lugging multiple plugs and adapters with me.

Originally this was a 5 or 6 port USB-A block, which was replaced with a 2+2 USB A&C block when I got USB-C devices, but the 2+2 is often not enough.
