I don't allege or imply that Driver is vibesick or uses AI in any capacity. Rather, he's clearly extremely far down transphobic radicalization pipelines, to the extent that he leads organizations that radicalize others.

What strikes me is that the effect of that radicalization is, to my untrained eye, nearly identical to that of vibesickness. I'm seriously coming around to the suggestion that AI dependence is a form of stochastic radicalization, not psychosis.

combine that with a common pre-conceived bias that "AI" technology is intellectually superior to natural intelligence (which sadly is commonly believed, at least I've had multiple people tell me that Claude is "smarter than them") and the path to radicalization becomes obvious

this is why Grok in particular scares the everloving shit out of me as an ML researcher, because Elon is quite willing to inject his politics into the Grok system prompt, as has been demonstrated in numerous incidents
