red underline for words that are spelled wrong, blue underline for grammatical issues, yellow underline for words that are spelled right but it will always look wrong it's just how that word is

It was a pollinator fest, as you can imagine at this time of year when there are lots of insects but the asters haven't flowered yet. I can never get over the beauty of the eyes of woolcarder bees. I generally enjoy the challenge of doing the best I can do with my phone camera, but these eyes make me yearn for a really good macro lens. Not that I would succeed, even with a good lens. These bees zip around so incredibly fast.

First melon! This is a “piel de sapo” type melon (“skin of toad”). Melons like this are well-known and well-liked in Spain.

The variety is Lambkin, which produces medium-sized melons.

During my post-surgery convalescence, I've been knitting up a storm (for me -- I'm very slow). Finished knitting and blocking this Sabai Top by Susanne Müller. I like how it turned out. (photo attached)

I added a slip-stitch crochet row at the bottom and neckline edges to keep them from curling.

I'll wear it to my book club tonight to discuss “Blood, Fire, & Gold: The Story of Elizabeth I & Catherine de Medicine” by Estelle Paranque. Great book, crazy history.
