Like, I don't know why we're so opposed to the idea of more government positions & work to improve living conditions & make healthier and well maintained societies that include training those positions over building more call/data centers.

I would say yes but they would first have to pass a very specific law to get the money for that
@systerwho I'm confused. In Canada we wouldn't need a law, we would need a budget. Creating a department to take care of infrastructure is part of government responsibilities.
