Das Pisa Ergebnis wundert mich überhaupt nicht.

Als mein Sohn auf das Gymnasium kam erklärten uns die Lehrer*innen stolz, dass sie in der 5. und 6. Klasse die Kinder "mal so richtig stresstesten" würden um zu sehen, wer nicht aufs Gymnasium gehört.

Es waren sehr harte Jahre für meinen Sohn.

Dieses System hat nichts, aber auch garnichts mit Bildung zu tun und viel zuviele Beteiligte an diesem System finden das gut.

Nach den #AfD-Leaks habe ich im Namen von #Teckids bei #WIRmachenDRUCK um Stellungnahme gebeten, wieso sie Großlieferant der AfD sind.

Ihre Antwort: Man würde nicht jeden Kunden individuell prüfen.

Nochmal in den Leak geschaut: Oh, es gab eine individuelle Prüfung. Mit dem Ergebnis, dass die AfD 5% generellen Kundenrabatt bekommt.

Dann bin ich ja mal auf die Erklärung gespannt.

Your private key was the number 4. Your fucking private key, which is supposed to be a 115 digit number, was the fucking number 4. As in, the fourth key a very naive first analysis would try. But sure scary scary AI did it.

I independently recovered the private key, without any AI assistance, on Monday evening. Not because I was involved in the incident, just because I was curious and had a little bit of free time on my hand.

It’s common for folks on Fediverse to tell people to use a browser fork that doesn’t do engine development or to turn off any functionality that opens a connection to somewhere other than the site you are browsing (e.g. to get a list of compromised certs).

It would be interesting to see an analysis of how quickly such Fedi-recommended browsers or configs protected users from the intermediates with bad keys.

Today's #PHP incident (the nature of the flaw) has proven once again how absurdly bad this software is. We cannot afford running production systems with it.

So, here we go: What is an alternative to Roundcube that has:

* somewhat decent mail features
* X-OAUTH2 login
* Plugin API for provisioning mail identities on user login
* no integrated directory or forced dependency on LDAP
* Not written in PHP – Rust preferred, no Go either but not as hard as PHP

In meinem Umfeld sind irgendwie gerade alle am Rand ihrer Kräfte. Niemand hat Kapazitäten über, Überforderung ist überall Thema. Ja klar, wir hatten immer viel zu tun. Aber aktuell hat es eine neue Qualität erreicht. Als hätten wir alle Besuch von den Grauen Männern aus Michael Endes Momo bekommen.
Und vielleicht ist das näher an der Realität, als mir lieb ist.
