I was tired of counting pins when working with electronics like the Raspberry or ESP32, so I created a simple editor that generates pinout diagrams that fit right onto the board's pins.

played around a bit with my heltec v3 #meshtastic thingy. Got nothing inside, but stepping out into the garden got me quite a few node contacts.
I think I need to set up a stationary node at the attic… would be cool if I could power it by solar so it's properly off-grid.
…but am I ready to invest even more into something I'm not sure I will even use? - Andreas Gohrsplitbrain@fedi.splitbrain.org3/26/2025
remember when I asked for a replacement for #disqus and then ranted about how none of the available solutions would also integrate with #mastodon?
Well shit. I did it again and scratched my own itch and barfed out another open source project.
Introducing: Meh..

* single install serves as many sites as you want
* can be used in static websites (it's lightweight web components in the frontend)
* imports Disqus
* fetches Mastodon replies as comments
* supports different languages (so far en, fr, es, de)
* probably has bugs

I don't get how everyone keeps suggesting to just integrate mastodon replies as blog comments alternative.
None of the solutions mentioned are simple. They require manual posting to mastodon and copying over IDs.
All of the solutions mentioned put all the burden on the mastodon instance and do not implement any caching. Each viewer re-requests all the comments from the instance!
None of the solutions deal with keeping existing comments. Are you folks really throwing away years of comments?
