Wondering whether to hire a carer for a couple of days. Feeling so miserable. The inside of my mouth is so sore, it even hurts to swallow. My head hurts every time I move. Panadol is not up to the job. Haven't had anything except cups of tea since Monday lunch. Beginning to regret not calling an ambulance just after I fell.

Okay I've had a broken wisdom tooth extracted. I feel like my face has been trampled by a herd of cattle. Dentist wanted me to also see a doctor but I had no strength left so I spent the afternoon under a heated rug and I'll go to the Urgent Care Clinic tomorrow.

Well last night I passed out and fell down, or possibly the reverse - fell down and knocked myself out. I have no memory of it. Landed on my chin, which is now swollen with a multi coloured bruise. Blood blisters on inside of lip and at least one cracked molar, extremely painful.

Dentist in a couple of hours.

Came round *sitting on the edge of a chair*. I'd taken off my boots, locked the door and sat down apparently while unconscious?!

It's POTS - Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, though I've never actually passed out before. I'm thinking it was the blow to the chin that did that. I look like I've been in a fist fight. Drinking tea through a straw.

Just saw a reference to "the sacred Oval Office". Americans, you need to understand that people outide of the US do not share your deification of the US presidency. We do not see the President's office as a holy sepulchre, nor does it have any magical power over us.

Neither does the house where he lives and works in perhaps the most glorified Work From Home arrangement in your country.

The President is not someone to be revered. He's a politician.

You are shooting yourselves in the foot with this attitude.

That the President and Vice President thought Zelensky would be awed is especially naive.
