i'm worried the RNG is broken in a way that makes this not work sadly. i've reloaded a bunch of times now and all i ever get at that node is a battle, or one specific other event

1. it's always ethical to cheat at single player games
2. i autopilot selected an option in an event that's usually much better before realizing that the other option is actually incredible for me, so i quit before it saved my choice and i'm reloading the save over and over until i get that event again

i caught a glimpse of the tim hortons near work on friday and it looked like the renovations were done, so they would probably have what i want again (when i tried going when renovations started they were running the drive through out of like a shack? and they didn't have hot chocolate in the shack?) but i'm worried i made that up inside my mind so i'm still going to go to the other one and just try to sneak another peak at it as i pass today

Round 12 clean!! 24th place officially/29th overall! Tied for 23rd on score but I lose the tiebreaker. Didn't quite make my extra-ambitious goal of top 20, but I'm satisfied with top 25.

i love that dream has cheated in every possible way that you can "cheat" meaningfully in minecraft, so every time someone figures out a new way to detect if minecraft footage is real, they can run it against dream's speedrun/manhunt/pvp/parkour videos to test if it works

i know someone on the computer who chose a handle from the first half of a joke from a show, where a phrase is introduced and then shortened. their handle is the phrase. i've started calling them by the shortened version from the joke as a nickname and they didn't tell me stop so i assume they like it. like i have to imagine they knew it would happen when they picked that name

the game is running on a fancy modified version of adventure game studio

which means, it runs (with some errors) in scummvm

which means, it runs VERY BADLY AND SLOWLY AND UNPLAYABLY but still does actually run on a hacked PS3 with scummvm installed
