This scene was literally supposed to be just some filler for an episode that was running short. It turned into one of the most amazing exchanges on DS9, which honestly is saying something given the rest of the show.

Friends, it might be happening! We have a shot at getting the good Emperor's name on something related to the bridge he predicted years before it happened. CA State Senator Scott Wiener introduced SCR 193 to name the tunnel where the Bay Bridge passes through Yerba Buena the "Emperor Norton Tunnel".
Friends in California, if you can spare a minute of your time, it would help if you contacted your state Senator and Assembly member asking them to co-sponsor and vote for it.

@Phangurl It'll be interesting what choices they make with the color. I'm absolutely curious if they did all the original filming in color or b&w, and if that affected how the color version was done. Like, did they just color the black and white version, or did they run filters on a color version to make it a bit hyper real like the old colorized films?

We're currently looking at our options to move our chat to another service. We were already looking before this came out, but this really has reassured me that I am not over reacting to this news.
