Human. Are you enjoying your experience?
[YES] [NO]

Btw, if the EU legislation regarding "social media age limits" come through, and indeed you have to send your ID to your local mastodon server and/or to Signal and/or to Telegram, I **will not do it** - you can still email me and contact me via my self-hosted Matrix server and/or via mail.

Guten Morgen. Möge euer Tag mindestens eine freudige Überraschung für euch bereithalten.

VPSse vergleichen o.o

May / Can / Should I reuse a hostname for a new server if the old server no longer exists? If so, after which time of the hostname being unused?
There's probably no "right" answer (except DNS TTL).
But still.
How do you handle it?

Seit ich meine Geheimwaffe gegen Wespen gefunden habe (Sprühfläschchen mit Wasser) setze ich mich viel entspannter nach draußen in gastronomischen Einrichtungen.

AAAA.

I was missing a sufficiently large reset_time!

I have a big problem getting #esphome to run on this CrowPanel display - https://www.elecrow.com/wiki/CrowPanel_ESP32_E-paper_2.9-inch_HMI_Display.html - which is basically a esp32-s3-devkitc1-n8r8.

The device connects to my WiFi, but the log (esphome run...) stays completely empty.
What am I missing?

edit:
esphome logs over wifi/OTA work, so the board makes a connection.

edit2:
After reading the schematics, I set hardware_uart to UART0 - stilll no luck.

edit3:
all I see with screen is
ESP-ROM:esp32s3-20210327
Build:Mar 27 2021
rst:0x1 (POWERON),boot:0x2b (SPI_FAST_FLASH_BOOT)
SPIWP:0xee
mode:DIO, clock div:1
load:0x3fce28e0,len:0x1514
load:0x403c8700,len:0xd3c
load:0x403cb700,len:0x2fe4
entry 0x403c892c

after that, silence.

Am I missing something in the UI, or doesn't @CoMaps support uploading recorded (gpx) files to OSM directly? I exported the track to the file system and uploaded it via browser, works as well :)

WTF? Did woof.tech just rate-limit me? o.o

I wonder how many people at #awoostria have heard of and may be using Meshtastic - I'm pretty sure there are more Fediverse users than Meshtastic users there.

I was **pretty sure** that Windows Forms was possible under Linux now with .NET 6 and later versions.
Apprently, it's not?

If you want Linux+Windows GUI, you apparently should use "Avalonia"?
