MK Fringe is an arts festival that runs alongside the main IF arts biennial cultural event in MIlton Keynes, UK.

A friend wants a basic but classy website, for a sole trader business, that they could maintain themselves in the future.

They have no development experience, so the UI would need to be easy to use on a Windows 10 laptop.
