TIL that there's a `transitionstart` event, and a `transitionrun` that triggers before delays, which is cool. Meanwhile in CSS animations, we have `animationstart` but no `animationrun`, which means if you catch an animation starting that had a delay, pause it, then restart it later, you won't be able to figure out how much delay it *should* have.
