Today, @mathijskadijk and I are launching our indie Mac app for mirroring your iPhone on your Mac! 🚀
We tried to make the UX as simple as possible; Just plug in, and the mirror appears on screen, with appropriate frame for your exact iPhone model.

📣 Announcement!
Google is funding me to design a brand new #StateOfHTML survey, to complement the well-established #StateofJS & #StateofCSS surveys.

As a believer in transparency and co-design, I’m opening up the design process to community input, just like I did last year, when leading State of CSS 2022:

Yes, you heard that right! iOS 17 and macOS Sonoma add support for sharing passwords and passkeys in groups with friends and family.

- share passkeys, passwords, verification codes, and notes
- edits and updates seamlessly sync between group members
- end-to-end encrypted
- share with family, friends, and other close contacts
- the password manager that’s built in to iPhone, iPad, and Mac is free to use and easy to switch to :)

Great! No more Evernote devices limit when you're on a free plan.

Can we abandon the idea of gaming on macOS? It doesn't work at all even if you get Kojima in the presentation.

Let me upgrade myself to justify getting a M2 Ultra for professional works.

I can finally spend less time filtering search result by asking what each configuration and statement does in the zprofile through ChatGPT.

Just upgraded from macOS Monterey to macOS Ventura. I hope the 13.3 version is stable until the announcement of next macOS update.

You don't load critical packages from unpkg.com for your production sites.

That moment when you use background-color to describe things that are not related to CSS.

So you’ve seen my tweets asking you to talk to your manager about sponsoring ESLint and maybe you’re thinking, “I don’t even know how to start.”

Well, I wrote up a blog post explaining how to start:

Twitter is burning from inside with their API limits.

I have solved the parental control on YouTube for my youngest son. Download some videos and turn on Airplane Mode.

Wireless earbuds doesn't pair when you need it for a meeting. Happens all the time!

This is how I plan to structure my site later on. I prefer to separate out the content from the source. Sometimes I put includes as part of the layouts directory.

Some resources that I often revisit while trying to understand how it works.

You somehow pick what you need and put your setup together.

Eleventy is really fun, but the documentation can be overwhelming for a total beginner because you can do things in many ways. Guides and resources can have a different template languages.

There is no one way to do thing, so you end up having to figure out the best way to use it. I just have to figure out how to migrate my site from Jekyll to Eleventy when I have time to spare.

My experience with ChatGPT has been very positive so far. It helps me expanding the number of keywords to search and fills in the missing gap of knowldge to learn something new.

I usually search the official documentation again to verify some answers, but it has been a huge time saver.
