Story time (1/N):
I ripped up an old fence last week, and today I took the rotten wood to the ecocentre. Not owning a car, my tool of choice was my cargo bike with a utility trailer.
When I arrived, I waited my turn in the line of cars leading to the gatehouse, which is the only access to the containers. Eventually as I approach, the young woman in the gatehouse pops her head out and tells me rather dryly that, unfortunately, bicycles aren't allowed.
CEOs plugging AI everywhere thinking they're getting 80% of results for 20% of effort, completely oblivious to the fact that what's really happening is they're cashing out on their brands' reputations. They have no idea of the value of social capital because they never had to work to build it.
