Inktober day 10: "Mystical"
I've been using a Pilot Hi-Tec-C in 0.4mm for these and I've been super impressed with how well it's been able to keep up with me with zero issues.

I'm not sure about the... ramifications of this scene.

Doing the official Inktober list this year. Going to try to make them all fish!

This one is called The Arcade and is very cute in person. Believe it or not, it's one of the quickest to use, because the "screen" piece is accessed from the back and uses a simple shim to accommodate any size stack of sticky notes with ease.

Article showing the internals of all of these coming soon ™️ .

Came across this little drawing from last year. Never posted until now because it was one of my daily pair of "lunch notes" that I send off with the kids' lunches to school. We were really into the local isopods last fall.

Oh, I missed this one. Fecilia Chiao got another feature on Colossal! Check out the trompe-l'œil indenting on the last piece. I've always been amazed by what some people can do with alcohol markers:

Having a ton of fun making prototypes for Project Stack holders/displays in cardboard. Will be making a new web page to give people ideas for making their own. #projectStack #cardboard

Hello fellow paper #notebook people! I have been very pleased with this calendar format for my pocket notebooks. Pictures and instructions and musings:

I try not to talk about this subject. But I'm so bummed/pissed. I just got this in the mail today. I was so excited to see it.

The musical talent is incredible... But they used huge full-motion slop videos in the background during the entire thing.

I'm not even selling it. It must be destroyed.

I don't understand how music artists can do this to visual artists. I'm pretty much done buying anything new.

Another catalog card. I love how someone wrote the card in 1936 in beautiful Library Hand and then somebody with handwriting like mine updated the card with "1965" when TS Eliot croaked. Gold star.

Seeing a bunch more of these on cards... I'm guessing it means the book itself has been stamped?

(If so, I guess that's kind of obvious in retrospect.)

So I'm reading a book about the history of library card catalogs (which I checked out from the library).

I was admiring the picture of this particular specimen when I saw that one of the stamped words is literally the word "Stamped".

It's like the meme with the metal sign that says, "Caution: The edges of this sign are sharp."
