I guess I'll do my intro here:

My name is Spencer, and I'm currently a medical student. I was previously a Special Operations Combat Medic for about a decade, with Flight Paramedic certification and deployments to Afghanistan and Syria. I developed a passion for prehospital medicine, especially trauma care and advancing care as far forward as possible.

I have a wonderful wife who is working her ass off through residency and two awesome kiddos (and a menagerie of other critters).
