While talking to a colleague about how I recently learned most people have never sat on a cow it came up that she has never sat on a horse. Like, not even once during childhood.

Another colleague admitted they also have never sat on a horse.

My hypothesis is that most people have at one point in their life sat on a horse.

I loved the iPhone 5 so much, I recorded a rare video review of the product and basically declared I couldn't envision how Apple could do anything to improve on the physicality of it.

I was right. 🤯

The iPhone 6 design was TERRIBLE. I hated it with a passion. I did buy one, because back then you always upgraded frequently. But that all-silver look with rounded edges? Gross. I shouted praises to the moon & the sun when the iPhone 12 design hearkened back to the sleek (plus the mini size!)

ngl, I regret selling my black iPhone 5 back in the day. Still one of my favorite Apple devices of all time. It was so sleek, so light. It felt like magic in the hand. 😍

I do have a few other iPhones collected on display for nostalgia…none I love as much as the 5 though.

So, it looks like my local gas stations are now at prices fully $1/gal higher than just a month-ish ago. Even higher maybe.

This means to fill up my tank which is around 13 gallons, I'll be paying $13 more than I would have. $13 that might have otherwise gone to buying a few much needed food staples. Oh, and congratulations: those are more expensive now too! 🤪

I just can't get over how enjoyable it is to edit a podcast in @ardour. 🙌

It's not merely comparable to Apple Logic Pro…it's *better*. I've never been able to get a clean transition from the ending syllable of one clip to the beginning syllable of the next clip as *quickly* as this, making editing out mistakes super smooth.

I also saved a previous recording session as a "session template", allowing me to spin up new podcast audio setups with the push of a button.

I am LOVING this. 😍
