At the Oct 28 Harris-Walz rally in Philly, Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker invoked "earn" as a salient feature of the Harris-Walz campaign, as in "earn... to pay for healthcare and retirement security...." That's not #UBI.

Brings up questions about the implicit #neoliberalism of the "opportunity economy" within #Harris campaign.
