Just spotted a giant silk moth hanging out on one of our windows. These things are so cool looking. I was having trouble reaching up to get my hand in the frame to show it's size, but I think I failed. It's probably about 5 to 6 inches across in wing span.

This stuff, I think commonly known as dog vomit slime mold, is so weird. It grows in a way that makes it look like it was spray painted onto the ground.

Fed it about 10 hours ago. Looks about tripled in height. Think it should be about good to start using now. I'll probably keep going with feeding twice a day into this weekend and try making some bread with it.

Oh, I guess this is possible but requires something like a KVM to USB device. That makes sense. Guess I'll look at these and pick one out.

Is there an easy way to use a laptop as like a "virtual monitor/KVM" for a physical computer to trouble shoot boot issues? I think I remember seeing a raspberry pi project a while ago to build like a local KVM you can ssh into I think and get a remote console, so im thinking there should be a way to do something similar just hooking an actual laptop to no?

Any tips on correct terms to search for would be appreciated.

It is so insanely frustrating when it's painfully obvious that a piece of software is being developed by people that don't actually use the software.
