Another gem of complete failure to enforce safety regulation in the UK. I got asked to fix this sold at a local newsagent. I said no 8)

If you have an adapter that looks like this and just clips together please contact your local trading standards/CAB and get it reported. The ones circulating in Swansea seem to be a white top with grey inset with the plug pins "attached". The grey bit has a badly printed logos and an almost unreadable model.

Turns out the "spent all day looking for a bug in my code and it was a compiler bug" works both ways around. Spent ages looking for a bug in my compiler to realise it was a bug in the code being compiled!

- Altair8080 as a start to building a generic configurable S100 system emulation
- PT68 (from Maki Kato) and then enhanced to include HD etc
- PT68K-1A
- ADS 6809
- Dunfield Cubix
- Elektor EC6809
- 2067 (from Dennowiggle)
- Some initial sound emulations via SDL2 (also from Denoowiggle)

Also a load of emulation fixes and cleaning up.

Went for a walk down a narrow country road. UK house numbering can be really confusing anyway but it was odd to see the only houses numbered 2102, 2114, 4116. Then I realised I was taking a trip down memory lane.

Ridiculous C compiler target now works. I doubt anyone ever wants to compile a C program for the TMS7000 series ucontrollers but it is now possible. Does require some interesting gymnastics as there is almost no CPU stack (it makes a 6502 look well endowed) so the function entry pops the return address and saves it on a separate C stack with the arguments then puts it back at the end.

Code quality is not epic there are a lot of possible improvements, but it works.

This wouldn't be too bad except for the guests she's "rescued" from the toilet.

Laughing my head off that someone is selling "audio grade" 13A fuses at 63quid each on ebay - and has a 100% rating 8)

Sigh. I've got blade fuses, spare trips, cables, hydraulic crimps, wagos, spare 13A sockets, and a ton of other electronics.

I blew a 13A fuse in a plug. Guess what I don't have ? And the two spare plugs I have before anyone suggests that are both 5A fuses as I already looked.

I know the muppet Swedish Chef is meant to be well Swedish but I'm wading through a pile of Dutch computer magazine stuff and I find it impossible not to read it in any voice but the Swedish Chef.

Trump v Iran is starting to remind me people poking #cats When you annoy a cat you get batted. If you annoy it a bit more you'll get a carefully calculated slight use of claws and a clear warning of what is possible. If you keep pissing it off it'll get to the actual use of claws again carefully calculated.

Unfortunately we are now approaching the "and then I pissed on your clean washing and pooped in the bath" stage where the restraint is turned into precision revenge.
