Gitbook became a thing in 2014 or so. I made a Gitbook back in my Mozilla days and haven't pushed to it in 11 years (says my repo). I discovered that I no longer exist on Gitbook, so I republished my half written "teach the web" gitbook on github pages and all of this was a waste of time because reading is for suckers now.

I found a community (trying out Scribophile) to gather feedback from, spent a few hours yesterday giving other people's writing critiques then I posted an introduction. It was immediately deleted by AI because I forgot that the internet is so broken that we can't even link to our own stuff. Remember when we could link to our own stuff!? REMEMBER!?

You know how people always make up statistics? Well I found a company that made up a statistic I want to use it in my #NaM unit 1 assignment. I can't tho because 87% of people who make up statistics are full of it and the site only says "methodology varies by source."
