If anybody in the North SF Bay area is interested in a late 1990a era Endless Pool (with some modern upgrades), hit me up before I write the whole Craigslist posting. It won't be cheap to move, but for the right DIYer with a plan it might be cool.

I keep trying to use Krita, both because naming and because people keep raving about it, and I find so many places it feels horribly clunky and hard to find what I want to do.
It's a reiteration of my being schooled that "the only intuitive interface is the nipple" is wrong, ya gotta teach the newborn how to use that, too.

I mean, I'm fine with this, in fact I'd love a $.50 or $1/mile VMT, in conjunction with 10x the current gas tax to handle the petroleum externalities.
But it doesn't seem like actually fairly pricing external costs is a motivation here.
Wish Mastodon had a "show me this user's posts without RTs" option. It's sometimes hard to tell if a new follower is just content farming, or there's actually a person adding value to the web there.
Though I suppose that if it's hard to tell, then I have my answer.
