doas hasn't seen an update in four years, I cannot imagine it is 100% free of potential security vulnerabilities? Is there a concern to be had here or not for Alpine, should it switch too?

#MastoAdmin what libvips (or Masto?) (or ffmpeg?) config can I tweak so that GIF images aren't absolutely decimated when they're compressed?

When videos are uploaded, it's workable, but when GIFs are uploaded (even perfectly clean / sharp ones) they turn into a handful of smeary unusable pixels.

(was this way under ImageMagick previously too iirc)

People seem to love mini tents.

Also it warms my heart hearing/reading the stories and anecdotes of how folks end up with these and've used them.
