Random question but are there any online radio stations that cater especially to Mastodon users? I miss being on hospital radio and would like the opportunity to broadcast again. Does anyone here run or host an online radio and can explain what’s involved? 🤔

I’m thinking about signing up to a gym near to where I work (a PureGym). What tips would you have for a complete noob with no gym experience whatsoever? I’m looking at losing weight around my midriff rather than building muscle mass so what type of exercise would work best?

I’ve always struggled whenever there are multiple conversations going on. Not necessarily in terms of volume but simply following a thread of a topic - I tend to listen in and try to keep up as best I can. But tonight, I was more aware of the fact that people rarely spoke to me. In fact, I often felt sandwiched between opposite ends of the table, caught between two groups but not really contributing to either of them. (2/5)

So the night out with my work colleagues went ok - a bit ill-prepared (we were kicked out of our crazy golf because we were stopping them from closing) but I couldn’t help notice something. (1/5)

As I was unable to confirm my identity when I applied for PIP earlier this week, I received a text to call the DWP to confirm my identity so my application can proceed.

Rang them up today, answered every one of their questions and I was told that they can’t confirm my identity over the phone so they have sent out a postal form to do this. Not only that but I’ll receive daily text reminders to call the DWP until my identity is confirmed.

And this is precisely why I didn’t want to make a claim.
