one aspect of life is continually getting to know oneself.
Today, I learned that I know how to close a door across my own nose.
I've seen and heard about crows chasing off eagles and hawks before - I always figured it was a teamwork kind of thing. Get all your crow buddies together and chase off the bully because you have the advantage of numbers.
Today I watched a solo crow chase an adult bald eagle away. The crow chased it down from behind and harassed the eagle until it left.

This talk ended on creating a personal timezone where solar noon is at 12:00 - it reminded me of my old coworker's project to make day and night 12 hours each, with sunrise at 06:00 and sunset at 18:00.
He did this by stretching and squeezing the length of daytime and nighttime seconds independently.
