I've been doing a lot of work around anarchists and leftists who lived 120 years ago. But the end goal isn't that, it's to connect the dots to now.

I want to publish a book showcasing the sharpest minds on the left. Not just some twitchers and "influencers" but people who are immersed in this school of thought, people who are actually doing stuff either intellectually or in the streets organizing.

Obviously, I'm doing my research, but I'm curious, who do you think I should be reaching out to.

PM me.

The right says she's crazy.

AOC doesn't seem like a radical leftist to me, but they want everyone who isn't a rootin' tootin' capitalist cowboy shooting pistols into the air to be seen as a communist.

What's "funny" about the data centers is that they don't need them. And if technology does what it always does, in the future, they really won't need them.

I think the trend is going to be people repatriating their compute to run locally. Renting compute is a scam and businesses and individuals are seeing it.

OMG the polls are closing on the east coast ... it won't be long before we know nothing ... it will even be longer before we know if Democrats are going to do nothing as the majority or nothing as the minority.

Oh these troubling times.

Just remember that as Dems distance themselves from Stevens, that's who the Dem leadership wanted to get the Dem nomination.

I saw will wheaton posting about Patrick Stewart dying. I had to send him a message because he bullied and beat up my friend when they were in school together. Wheaton was older and my friend was poor, raised by a single mother and not skinny. I just said, "You know you bullied and beat up my friend X. He died in 2020 and always thought you were a dick."

I'm going back to debian. It's the perfect distro.

Damn this book came out amazing. All the art work that I hand drew. Meticulous font selection to match the era. Plus I had to proofread the entire 60+ pages. I'm blown away by how cool it is though to hold in my hand.

If you look at the bottom of the cover, I didn't leave enough margin. I have since fixed that issue. Buy your own copy of the first edition of Mother Earth. Better yet, but one for your friend who thinks they're a feminist or a leftist.

I'm working on the next volume. It's not as much work, they didn't use as much art in volume 2, but the stories the real value rests.

For the record, I don't make shitty art. I mark art shitty.

Originally the root said homophonic, I’m not sure what that means but it sounds cool.

Great, I got my water bill which is normally a couple hundred dollars, it's more than $1,000.

I don't know how any of this makes any sense any more. I feel over it. Sell all my shit and go live in a cabin in the woods.

If you don't think this country is fucked, go to DC. The city is a militarized zone. You can't get within 300 yards of most government buildings. There are soldiers patrolling the streets with assault rifles ... ready to start shooting people.

January 6th marked the beginning the civil war ... it just might be a few more years before the other side decides to respond to the myriad assaults on the nation's democratic institutions.

Maybe by 2030 ... during Trump's 3rd term in office, the Dems will be taken over by people who actually give a shit.

5 people shot at Virginia State U.

And the weapons industry will respond, "Give us more taxpayer billions and we'll build all your shit."

This photo was taken in 1974.

I miss this life. Shooting snapshots with a film camera and every bag you got from a store was made of paper.

Israelis killed a 9-year-old boy in Gaza.

My first job was bussing tables and I got paid $3.02 an hour with no tips.

Guy in Texas who drives a Nazi car was fucked up behind the wheel and killed a woman in her home ... says the Tesla was on auto-pilot. These people from Musk on down are a threat to public safety.
