Apple Music sliding Ed Sheeran in the middle of a Cardio mix... 🤔

Morning!

Mostly back to 'normal' now.

That was a rough bug.

Enjoy your Monday! ☕

Still struggling with a bug. The symptoms appear to be a bit like C19, but I can’t get a test kit right now.

So instead, I’m trying to rest as much as possible

I have a cold… 🤧

Earlier, I had a magnesium flake bath. Unsure whether it did anything positive 🤔

I mean, there was hot water in there too… I’m didn’t sit on the peak of a smol magnesium mountain 😂

Now in bed, going to sleep.

Sill not feeling great. Sleep was disturbed, and the sinus headache is still there 🤕

@retrosponge Mentioning it because I know you play it, and might want to get whatever it is...

... and also, if you do have one near you, I could ping you over some cash for a snack or something if you can pick me up a code too 😅

@retrosponge Hey, just a quick question... do you have a 7Eleven near you? My son said that you can get a special car for Forza Horizon 6 from 7Eleven, but you have to buy something. Unsure if it comes as a code on a receipt or something else.

Throat still sore🤨

My tiny Mac launcher TinyStart is out in version 1.5 today, so I made a new tiny video to show you what's new 🥺

I think I'm fighting off a bug as I have a mild headache and a sore throat 🤔

Morning!

Suddenly feeling very tired... the Monday struggle is real

Why does it feel like Friday?!

I have a Salted Caramel Vive Bar, and I can hear it calling me from the kitchen 😅

Over the weekend, I discovered the term NEPA, or Non Exercise Physical Activity.

I realised that I already do this to a degree… so, things like parking my car on the top floor of a multi storey parking lot, and always using the stairs.

Walking to my local supermarket instead of using the car, and walking the longer route to get there.

Just extra movements all day.

I would like to increase this though, and do more as it really does help activity levels!

I need to keep my iPhone in my pocket purely to count my steps. I’ve not left my house yet today, and I’ve already done 1200 steps. #Fitness #Wellbeing

Instead of making many cups of coffee, I’ve brewed a whole batch of pourover… that still counts as one cup yes? ☕️
