#combotober Day 11 FREE SPACE (Drunken Master, Martial Masters) I found a cab for this game in an arcade in my state so I'm encouraged to lab this again.

of course, i also cant ignore that black nerds tend to identify with aliens and outsiders. saiyans, namekians, echidnas, protoman.

This isnt fully out of the ordinary and the saiyans are guilty of many similar crimes.

However viltrumites are just SOOOO white that i cant really justify cosplaying them the way i would saiyans.

i dont wanna talk down on anyone, but it does make me slightly uncomfortable to see black people cosplauing viltrulmites.

Like allegedly free country and all, but did y'all read/watch the source material?

They're doing colonialism in space. Every aspect of the viltrumite society pre Invincible is a brutal oppressive empire. I dont really want my people connected to that.

It's been dead here for a while so im gonna start some discourse. How do we feel about paying for tierlists?

Locals went well time passed by super quick and everybody had fun.

Only bad thing is my monitor fell and broke right after i finished configuring it.

I saw a picture of Cee-lo Green performing at Mar-a-lago and it made me think im so glad 2pac & Biggie died in the 90s

Like 2pac had a strong educational foundation and was radical in his music and public speaking but like could you imagine the psychic damage a generation would suffer if he became trump guy? Like if he followed Snoop's trajectory? Id never recover.

When we design for disabilities, we make things better for everyone. This is called the Curb-Cut Effect. The term was coined by disability students and activists in the 70s, who added curb cuts to the Berkeley sidewalks to make access easier for those in wheelchairs. They discovered those also helped people with strollers, using trolleys for deliveries, etc.

The deadline is coming up and i still feel unprepared to switch to linux. I think maybe I'll be ok, but i should develop some safe browsing habits or something if im gonna stay on windows 10 (windows said due to hardware limitations i cant upgrade to 11)

Re: Crunchyroll's library pass. i had a coworker who asked about its cancellation and the CR rep that talked to her (via support chat i think) just trued to sell her on getting a normal CR subscription. When she asked if she could use it to show anime for library events the rep said no, that would be illegal.

I forgot to talk about the intial sale here, but Area Zero is a great indie fighting game in Early access.

It's not exactly an MK game, but it does have alot of MKisms. but it doesn't have a block button, so if that keeps you away from MK games then don't worry about it here.

Damn under Defeat is such a kick ass game. My PB is currently stage three with 3 credits, but it's a fun time with an interesting gimmick

Thinking about this a bit more. This is definitely an fgc boomer kinda take, but i think games these days are too afraid of being a bad game that it keeps them from being a great game.

Oh my bad, marvel sans Capcom

What is the new marvel sans marvel everyone is raving about?

Event Held to Get More People Wearing Bicylce Helmets

In the Shibuya District of the Tokyo Metropolitan Area, There was an event called Let'sincrease th number of people wearing helmets and riding bikes. About 50 or so beauty school students and others participated.

It seems like there's alot of people that don't wear helmets because it changes messes up your hair.

At the event, students studying to be beauticians showed off how you can wear a helmet and also keep your hair looking elegantly. And, they explained how it's possible to repair your hair with waterless shampoo.

According to police, people not wearing helmets die in traffic accidents at a rate twice as high as people who wear helmets.

At least two days in a row. NHK easy hasnt been posting stories for a few days, so this is an old story about a helmet wearing event held in Shibuya.

It's like space harrier except you're a curvy android girl that can punch enemies and slow down time. Huge recommend from me

Damn that NakanoTRF news really hit hard tonight. Any arcade could shut down or close down at any moment. It's strangely scary sense of vicarious mortality. Like i knew the economics for arcades was dire. Hell, TSS community held a fundraiser bracket for TRF during one of their crowdfunding drives, but I still felt that it would survive. IDK. felt Like I had forever to make it over there one day.

I don't think the answer is to drop everything and go to Japan just right now, but idk. just kinda hard to process. I just wanna get my feelings out while they're fresh. This is.... hard to deal with.
